How a clean-up runs, room by room, so the space is usable on the day it has to be.
1. Clear
Rubbish bagged, clutter sorted into keep, donate and go.
2. Reset
Furniture put back where it belongs so rooms read as rooms again.
3. Clean
Kitchen, bathrooms, surfaces and floors, in that order.
4. Hand over
Walk the rooms with us before we pack up.
Ordinary household cleaning and decluttering only. No hazardous remediation, and we are not professional organizers.

Is this the same as a move-out or turnover clean?
Yes. Move-out cleans, tenant turnovers and post-renovation resets are the bulk of this service — the goal is a unit that's usable and presentable on handover day.
Do you take the junk away too?
We can, but it's quoted separately under junk removal so labour and disposal stay clear. For turnovers we usually do the removal first, then the clean, in one coordinated visit.
Can you clean an occupied home?
Yes. Occupied spaces take longer per room because of contents, so tell us what's staying and where things should end up, and we'll scope it accordingly.
How fast can you get in?
Same-day service is often available, depending on crew location and the size of the job. Availability isn't guaranteed until we confirm your appointment.
What's not included?
Biohazard remediation, mould abatement, pest treatment and exterior window work at height. If your job needs one of those, we'll say so rather than attempt it.
Can you clean after a renovation?
Yes. Post-renovation resets are a common request. Send photos of the dust and debris levels — fine construction dust needs more passes than ordinary cleaning, and the quote should reflect that.
